Late Fee Policy

At QuantumTV, timely payments ensure uninterrupted service. Please review our late fee policy below:

1. Due Date and Late Fee

   • Payments must be received by 5:00 PM EST on the posted due date.
   • A $15 late fee will be applied to any payment received after this time.

2. Payment Schedule

   • Your payment due date remains the same day every month. For example, if your due date is the 20th, it will always fall on the 20th of each month.

3. Payment Reminders

   • As a courtesy, you will receive an email reminder 5 days prior to your due date. For example, if your due date is the 20th, you will be notified by email on the 15th of the month.

4. Service Disruption

   • Payments received after the due date (including the late fee) will result in service disruption until the full balance, including the $15 late fee, is paid.

5. Early Payments

   • You are welcome to pay before the due date without any penalties.

By adhering to this policy, you can avoid late fees and ensure uninterrupted service.
