How to signup for Proton Free VPN Step by Step

Step 1: Visit the ProtonVPN Website
- Open your browser and go to https://protonvpn.com/.
Step 2: Sign Up for a Free Account
- Scroll down to the Free Plan section and select "Get Free" (usually located below the paid plan options).
Step 3: Popup Continue with Free
- You will get a popup asking if you want to continue with free or Get VPN plus, MAKE sure you choose to continue with free as the example below will show you.
Step 4: Enter your email
- Enter your email!!!! *****Attention to this as if you have more than one tv you are wanting to use a free vpn on, then you must use a "DIFFERENT EMAIL" for each tv/vpn account. If you want to install the free vpn on additional devices then you must repeat these same steps with a new email/vpn account for each.
Step 5: Setup your Password
- You can use the password they generated for you or setup your own password. Either way you need to make sure you make note of this password in a safe place. We highly suggest creating your own password though.
Step 6: Close out of the popup
Step 7: Go to your TV & Download Proton VPN App
1. Search on the TV Box app store for "Proton VPN" and you should find VPN Proton: Fast & Secure VPN, click install
2. Once installed you want to click open and then click Sign in

It will tell you to go to https://protonvpn.com/tv and you will sign in using the account you setup above already and you will enter the code on your tv in the boxes like below.
Once entered click Verify Code and your tv should automatically login
This is complete, repeat the steps for any additional devices you wish to install the free vpn on.
