How to rearrange or move "Your apps"

📌 Move Apps on Google TV Home Screen
  1. Go to your Apps row

    • From the Home screen, scroll down until you see the "Your apps" section.

  2. Find the app you want to move

    • Scroll sideways to highlight the app.

    • If you don’t see it, select “See all” to open the full app list.

  3. Open the options menu

    • On your remote, press and hold the app’s icon until a menu appears.

  4. Choose “Move”

    • Use the directional buttons on your remote to move the app left or right (in the row) or to the spot you want in the full app list.

  5. Confirm the position

    • Press the Select/OK button on your remote to lock the app in its new spot.


Below is detailed steps with screenshots on how to move or rearrange your apps. 


Step 1: From your Home Screen (House button on remote will take you here) scroll down to "Your apps"

Step 2: Click and hold the ok/select button on the app you wish to move until a screen similar to the one below pops up. Then click ok/select on the move button.

Step 3: Once you click the move button you can move the app left or right to where you want the app to appear in "Your apps" list.

Step 4: Once its moved to the position you want it in, like in the image above. Click your ok/select button to lock it into place. Then press down on your directional pad until "Done" is highlighted like in the below image and click your ok/select button on the done icon. 

You have now successfully moved an app to the place you want it in.
